Communication is one of the most important change management tools and has significant effect on every change. Many research shows that it becomes more often a barrier than a support tool. Why does it happen?
Passing thru changes we carry unreasoned beliefs that something is possible or not; we try to “wrap” harsh news; we pass away a moment of communication because of „external circumstances”, etc. At the same time gossip circulating in a company raises change resistance, lowers effectiveness of work and spread untrue news.
