Communicating change


Communication is one of the most important change management tools and has significant effect on every change. Many research shows that it becomes more often a barrier than a support tool. Why does it happen?

Passing thru changes we carry unreasoned beliefs that something is possible or not; we try to “wrap” harsh news; we pass away a moment of communication because of „external circumstances”, etc. At the same time gossip circulating in a company raises change resistance, lowers effectiveness of work and spread untrue news.

The role of 4 Results is delivering knowledge, experience and developing management and communication competences that facilitates use of effective change communication. Creation of communication plan (including target groups, tools, content, responsibilities and frequency) is the starting point. Next step is supporting client in key moments of its execution, in editing of letters and newsletters, preparation of presentations, workshops and communication meetings.
