1.  For Boards/key managers that lead a change – 2 day workshop, which results in:

  • Understanding of change psychology
  • Exercise in engaging and leading key people through change
  • Planning of change process using Field Forces Analysis, communication needs, system mechanism that stop or support change
  • Shaping a strategy of change

2.  For middle management – 2 day workshop, which results in:

  • Understanding one’s own role in a change
  • Exercise in leading subordinate teams through change
  • Development of communication skills in change
 
3. For employees going through change – 1 day workshop, which results in:
 
  • Better understanding of typical reactions to change – what to do to make it constructive
  • Easier engagement in change
  • Development of communication skills allowing for a partner dialogue that supports organization in a situation of a change
