Our experience shows that diagnosis, which takes several days, provides answers to the following questions:
- What is the Client’s current level of operational effectiveness? What are the causal sources of the key problems and developmental barriers at the operation department?
- At what level and time, the key company operation departments could improve their effectiveness with no large additional investment?
- How to improve, at the current development stage of the company, the key metrics at the operation departments (machine availability, people productivity, delivery lead time accuracy, quality improvement, delivery lead time, and other key metrics used at broadly defined operations)?
- What steps could lead the Client to reduce his operational costs and therefore enable him to increase plant capacity with low investment?
