Development processes

It is a combination of several tools into one comprehensive project of intensive development of key employees/leaders. It results in much greater engagement of participants and organizational change caused by rapidly effect-bringing competence growth. We have carried out such projects for companies like P&G Gillette, Samsung or Kamis. Each and every time they brought significant measurable effects.

This is the most effective management development method:
  • Development processes are based on company’s specific objectives or appropriate effectiveness metrics.
  • Managers improve their competences in the process of meeting their business objectives.
  • Managers receive knowledge, coaching support and a platform for sharing experience, and, at the same time, expectations are set for them that are related to applying this knowledge in everyday work.

Development processes result in:

  • Improved effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
  • Key managers focused on commonly shared objectives and more aware of interrelations among various company units.
  • Increased commitment of managers and their teams.
  • High effectiveness of managers in change processes and/or intensive organization development.
  • Effective knowledge and experience sharing within organization.

Development processes consist of elements like: diagnosis of needs, team coaching, individual coaching, kick off meeting, individual goals, implementation tasks, workshops on organizational effectiveness raise tools. We measure the effectiveness of these solutions, thus having hard evidence on them.
