All six 4 Results coaches hold International Coach Certificates (ICC) that are granted by J.O. Connor school.  Therefore, we are not only knowledgeable and skillful coaches, but we also do our job in accordance to standards of conduct adopted by ICC.
Our experience shows that a typical coaching process is limited to between five and nine sessions, one and half hours each. This is sufficient for the client to solve his/her problem and implement solutions.

Our most common coaching situations:

• President/leader responsible for implementing change or new strategy
• Promotion to the position of Management Board/Key Director
• Conflict situation; bad atmosphere in a team
• Key project for the organization managed by the leader
