One of our strengths is creation (in close cooperation with client) and sustainable implementation of „project culture” by:
  • Delivering methodology that provide high effectiveness of projects with minimum of red tape
  • Introduction of Project Management Office (project committee) with teams monitoring key projects
  • Preparation of a group of Project Managers by practical trainings (basic and advanced level) – we always use the examples from clients’ operations
  • Assistance in project realization with direct support for PM and team in delivering project from start to end
  • Achievement of project goals with simultaneous use of tools and practice of project management
 
Implementation results:
  • Growth of project effectiveness – project delivery in time, budget, planned scope and quality
  • Use of unified, simple methodology in all key projects
  • Consistent approach to project roles (sponsor, steering committee, project manager, project team) and responsibility
  • Engagement in use of tools and practices that enable effective project management 
 
We carried out research in organization where the significant majority of projects had been not successful (in terms of deliverables or/and over time and budget). The role of 4 Results was to support Project Manager and the Team in realization of projects along with agreed Key Performance / Success Indicators.
